The Sneak Attack Pommel is a unique Consumable Item in Sands of Aura. It is used to unlock its respective namesake component used in Weapon Crafting at the Forge.

Deal 75% more damage to enemies with full health.
Pommel Cast Location
The pommel cast is dropped by defeating Baltha & Mol, The Belfry Priests with the help of Kauzzum, The Reformed Seether. Alternatively, it can be purchased from Mysha, The Courtcall during The Festival of the Spire.
