Noxious Vault

The only remaining fragment of a correctional complex once jointly funded by the kingdoms of humanity. Despite sensationalized accounts of torture chambers and mass graves, the complex maintained a sterling reputation due to there never having been a successful escape made within its walls.

A "correctional" institution of Old Talamhel. Even among the great human kingdoms not much is known about the Vault, its prisoners or their punishment - partly due to its reputation and the fact that no prisoner has ever managed to escape its boundaries.

There are no special requirements to enter the Noxious Vault except access to the Grainwake.
