The Ferrum Steel Armor set consists of Helm, Jacket, Gauntlets and Greaves.

Torso: Found in a chest behind the closed gate, opened via Flare Key.
Hands: Found in a chest in the second outdoor area with the lightning strikes, head downward and you will find it on a small outcropping.
Legs: Found in a chest close to Furn, The Tender Transmute.
