The Talisman of Martial Power is a Blessing of the Goddess Leisis bestowed upon the player character. It acts as an equippable accessory independent from gear - the effect stays permanent so long as the Talisman is junctioned. Blessings can be swapped out at will on Starspire Refuge by talking to Navae, The Leisistral Priestess after completing the Side Quest Ashes and Dirt.
Junctioning Martial Power occupies two Talisman Slots.
Effect
The bearer does 20% more damage on normal attacks.
Location
The talisman can be found at The Flare Forge on hanging Ferrum armor while ascending the elevator to the boss room.
Lore
A cherished charm believed to have belonged to Neshor of the Radiant Justiciars. While many exceeded Neshor in terms of particulars, none had the range of the warrior-generalist, who prided himself on becoming whatever tool was needed by the Prime Radiance at a given moment. As a reward, Neshor’s strength was bolstered for every year of service given to the order.
