The Talisman of Jagged is a Blessing of the Goddess Leisis bestowed upon the player character. It acts as an equippable accessory independent from gear - the effect stays permanent so long as the Talisman is junctioned. Blessings can be swapped out at will on Starspire Refuge by talking to Navae, The Leisistral Priestess after completing the Side Quest Ashes and Dirt.
Junctioning Jagged occupies two Talisman Slots.
Effect
The bearer of this object increases the rate of effects that deal damage over time by 25%.
Location
The talisman can be found at Starspire Refuge inside the Starspire Observatory. The observatory becomes accessible during To Shield or Smother via a portal in Malek's inner chambers.
Lore
A cherished charm believed to have belonged to Bryn of the Radiant Justiciars. Said to have been blessed by the essence of Orsana, so ardent was the warrior-druid many believed her faith allowed her a slight manipulation over time, slowing it just enough to bolster the effect of whatever poison she had just subtly administered.
