The Talisman of Forceful Blows is a Blessing of the Goddess Leisis bestowed upon the player character. It acts as an equippable accessory independent from gear - the effect stays permanent so long as the Talisman is junctioned. Blessings can be swapped out at will on Starspire Refuge by talking to Navae, The Leisistral Priestess after completing the Side Quest Ashes and Dirt.
Junctioning Forceful Blows occupies two Talisman Slots.
Effect
Grants the bearer 10% increased damage.
Location
The talisman is found at Radix Stronghold on a roof close to the main dock, accessible via the nearby shortcut elevator.

A cherished charm believed to have belonged to Kahna of the Radiant Justiciars. So spirited was the warrior-giant Kahna, it was said she could cleave any barricade in two with a single swing of her axe.
