The Talisman of Dual Prowess is a Blessing of the Goddess Leisis bestowed upon the player character. It acts as an equippable accessory independent from gear - the effect stays permanent so long as the Talisman is junctioned. Blessings can be swapped out at will on Starspire Refuge by talking to Navae, The Leisistral Priestess after completing the Side Quest Ashes and Dirt.
Junctioning Dual Prowess occupies two Talisman Slots.
Effect
The bearer will do 20% more damage when using the dual wield fighting style.

The talisman can be purchased from Galina, The Forage Broker at Starspire Refuge.
Lore
A cherished charm believed to have belonged to Kett of the Radiant Justiciars. While the use of a companion weapon has often been employed within the holy city, it wasn’t truly perfected until the warrior-swordsman. Many suspected Kett of having apprenticed with the enemy in secret, for the grace of his movements and the manipulation of his blades bore striking resemblance to the profane elegance of the Ferrum.
