Snowcinder Bellows
Description
A device of wood and leather which forces air into a furnace to increase temperatures. These particular bellows are adorned with an elegant ornamentation of stippled metalwork.
Lore
Banished from the mines of Talamhel after departing the Ferrum capital of Emberensis, the Snowcinders eventually founded a stronghold upon the snowy peaks of the Northern Mountains, where they pursued their craft away from the war-focused, Andalux.

Crumbling Basilica: The Bellows can be found just beneath the bridge that holds the second Resonance Bell. From the second Resonance Bell, trail back just before the bridge and locate the long ladder whose bottom area is guarded by an Ishular Knight. Take the ladder to access the lower path of the bridge and make your way to the end.

Uses
Give to a blacksmith to upgrade the forge in Starspire.
The Snowcinder Bellows can be used to permanently improve the capabilities of the Forge on Starspire Refuge.
Once the Forge has had sufficient improvement to increase Weapons and Armor to level 12, unique objects are necessary for further development. Together with Anvil of Andalux and Korvig's Grindstone, the Snowcinder Bellows can be handed to the Forge's blacksmiths in any arbitrary order, with each individual hand-in increasing the Forge's upgrade range to ranks 16, then 19 and lastly 20, respectively.
